With a degree in Physics and a Post Graduate certificate in Education (PGCE - Physics), Manish has established himself in the West Midlands as a Science teacher and Leader that many schools have needed, with some still utilising his mentorship of their teachers.

Manish has a simple philosophy, "Everyone can achieve in Physics and Science" Manish applies this to both his role as a leader and to his students.

Manish is an outstanding Senior Leader with over 15 years of leadership and teaching experience.

During his career, Manish has been invited to CERN to inform and take part in their Education program. Manish works closely with the University of Birmingham and University of Wolverhampton in developing future teachers and is currently part of the coaching team at University of Birmingham for Physics teachers.

Manish has notable and successful results at both GCSE and A Level, with many of his students attending Oxford and Cambridge. Manish has a unique skill with students who find Science and Maths difficult and ensures their individual need is met throughout any of his lessons. Manish has many students who fondly remember his teaching and is respected by all who have him as a mentor, teacher or tutor.

Manish has been commended by the Department of Education and is completing his qualification for Headteacher.

Manish has a keen eye for identifying barriers to learning and ensures these are fully addressed and removed. Manish looks at each learner individually and makes sure the necessary resources are accessible.
