Mani is a fully qualified teacher with over 37 years of teaching experience. He has been teaching Maths and Science in local secondary schools within the West Midlands since 1987 and is the son of "the original Mr Brainch" and the father of the founder of Brainch Academy, Bikram Singh.

Over his teaching career he has developed a wide range of teaching strategies that allow students of all ability levels to make excellent progress at all levels, ranging from KS2 to KS5. His main focus recently has been at KS2 and KS3, thus ensuring that students have the skills, knowledge and understanding to succeed academically.

Mani wants to empower students with skills and knowledge that can be used in later life in a variety of areas, ranging from Academia, professional careers and even simple DIY at home. He is a firm believer of developing mental strategies and cognitive skills, with students using technology to further enhance their abilities rather than relying on technology to do all the work.
