Leah has over nine years of teaching experience and a deep-rooted passion for empowering students to excel academically while gaining confidence in their abilities. In addition, with six years of expertise as a pastoral lead, Leah possesses a keen understanding of the various barriers to learning and excels in devising strategies to help students overcome them.

Specialising in Philosophy, Theology, and Religious Studies, Leah has consistently achieved a 100% pass rate for her students in examinations. Notably, the vast majority of her students attain grades 7-9 and A*-B, with results exceeding predicted grades. On average, Leah's students achieve over half a grade higher than baseline data would suggest.

Leah holds a Master's degree in Education, providing her with an in-depth understanding of pedagogy and educational practices. She has also delivered whole-school training sessions focusing on addressing attainment gaps between genders, showcasing her commitment to promoting equity and inclusivity in education.

With a first-class degree in English and Religious Studies, Leah has also taught English overseas and gained extensive experience in tutoring English at KS3 and GCSE.
